Rates apply to advance reservations only and do not apply to groups, conventions, holidays or weekends. One night deposit required for confirmation. All reservations are subject to confirmation, strikes, failure of guest to vacate or cause or condition beyond our control. Deposit applies to last day of stay. No refunds for early departure. NO REFUNDS on cancellations made within 14 days of arrival. All refunds are subject to a 25% service charge. Checks accepted for advance reservation only and must be received 14 days prior to arrival. Balance due upon arrival in cash, Travelers checks, Visa or Master Card. Key deposit and or security deposit required. No Pets allowed. One parking space per unit.
